My race season is over, and now that I’ve posted it on Facebook it’s official. Here’s the recipe for a disappointing season:
-no base miles
-2 months of no exercise, literally (April and June)
-insommnia for months
-hope that my legs would come around
Mix them all together and voila! Poor race results in the elite category.
So what’s next? I need to get healthy and stronger…and I’m on my way thanks to some great people 🙂
